Vendor Relationship Analyst (CHC)

• Medicaid State of Texas Access Reform (STAR) program for low-income children and pregnant women
• Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) for the children of low-income parents, which includes CHIP Perinatal benefits for unborn children of pregnant women who do not qualify for Medicaid STAR
• Health Insurance Marketplace Plans that offer individual health coverage that includes preventive care, emergency services, prescription drugs, and hospitalization available to all, regardless of pre-existing conditions.

The Vendor Relationship Analyst will review contractual documents, track and monitor data utilizing various software to include MS products and/or contract vendor management software to produce and maintain records, write correspondence, and record all contractual data elements for review. The Vendor Relationship Analyst will work with internal/external contacts to review and make sure that contractual obligations are being met, any submission of documentation and/or data for internal/external audit review. Addtionally, the Vendor Relationship Analyst will maintain approved contracts to include anniversary, expiration and amendment dates and will utilize analytics tools to identify trends not meeting contractual requirements, make recommendations for plan of action, develop short and long term solution, and communicate to leadership any discrepancies in invoicing due to contractual obligations not being met.
