Associate Administrator, Business Operations & Strategic Innovation

The Associate Administrator of Business Operations and Strategic Innovation provides oversight of hospital pavilion business operations. This position develops and executes business strategies aligned with Harris Health System strategic plan and focused on financial performance, clinical effectiveness, physician relations, and overall enhancement of quality, operations, and patient satisfaction. This position also supports coordination of organizational resources, project management, and network development to drive strategic transformation and integration. Emphasis will be placed on management of financial and operational analytics to maximize hospital operations.
1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Masters Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration required.
2. Work Experience: Ten (10) years of progressive management experience required, healthcare focus preferred.
3. Management Experience: Five (5) years senior management required, healthcare focus preferred.
4. Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment.
