Job Summary
The HRIS Analyst II ensures that the operational interests of all Human Resources areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the HRIS Department.  This role demonstrates and applies an understanding of project frameworks, lifecycles, and project management concepts, techniques, tools, and best practices. Supports all applications deployed within the Harris Health System.  Handles more complex administrative tasks related to the assigned projects and ensure they are completed on time, accurate, and handle more complex project queries.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or) four (4) additional HRIS work experience years in lieu of a degree

Work Experience:
Two ( 2)  work experience in HRIS (6 years HRIS if no degree or has High School diploma or GED)
One (1) work experience in Hospital/Health Care preferred

Communication Skills: Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/ Correspondence, Writing/ Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project, MS Excel

Work Schedule: Flexible, 90 day on-boarding on-site at  4800 Fournace, Bellaire, TX 77401 following a hybrid telecommute schedule.   Hybrid is two days on-site and 3 days telecommute. 

Other Requirements: 9.2  PeopleSoft experience preferred

Must have a Texas residence.
