Skills / Requirements

JOB SUMMARY: The SCM Support Analyst-I ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are represented in the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department. This role supports software deployed within the Harris Health System remotely via the IT/SCM Customer Service Center.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High school diploma/GED or Two (2) year degree/certificate from a recognized computer maintenance technical school or equivalent work experience.
2. Work Experience (Years and Area): Two (2) years of administrative experience; Two years of service call center experience and one year experience with desktop OS and remote support.
3. Management Experience (Years and Area):

4. Equipment Operated: Phone, Computer: desktop/laptop, headphone, fax, scanner.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Bilingual Skills Required: No
Writing /Composing (Correspondence/ Reports )

2. Other Skills:
Analytical, CRT/LCD, Design, Mathematics, Research, Typing: WPM 40, PC, MS Word, MS Excel

3. Work Schedule: Weekends, Holidays, Flexible, Overtime, On-Call
