Skills / Requirements

The VP, Business & Ancillary Operations Associate provides oversight of pavilion business operations.  This position develops and executes business strategies aligned with Harris Health System strategic plan and focused on financial performance, clinical effectiveness, physician relations, and overall enhancement of quality, operations, and patient satisfaction.  This position also supports coordination of organizational resources, project management, and network development to drive strategic transformation and integration.  Emphasis will be placed on management of financial and operational analytics to maximize pavilion operations

Degree: Masters Degree, Business or Healthcare Administration required.

Work Experience: Fifteen (15) business operations experience required, healthcare focus preferred.

Management Experience: Ten (10) years of progressive leadership experience required, healthcare focus preferred.

Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)

Proficiencies:  P.C., MS Word, MS Excel

Job Attributes: Analytical Abilities, Medical Terminology Knowledge

Work Schedule: Flexible, Travel

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment.
