JOB SUMMARY:

The Program Director Technology Integration is responsible for:

  • Technology Integration for the $2.9-billion Harris Health Strategic Capital Plan.
  • Managing internal and external resources to ensure alignment of System IT requirements on projects under the Strategic Capital Plan.
  • As the primary liaison between Facilities PMO and IT, ensuring System technology goals are met and technology and IT components of projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Works closely with IT teams, business units, vendors, and internal and external partners to ensure coordination and integration of all technology associated with the projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to drive successful technology integration outcomes.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:  Computer Science or Related
2.  Work Experience:  10 years within I.T. and/or Hospital Health Care Organization, business process analysis and 5 years local, state, federal regulatory requirements, divisional planning/analysis
3.  Management Experience:  7 years of Management Experience
