JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, accountable and responsible for directing the strategic, quality, financial and operational management of non-clinical ancillary operations for departments such as Security, Supply Chain Management, Safety, Facilities and Environmental Services. Ensures the delivery of comprehensive and high quality services, meeting standards of the relevant accreditation and licensure bodies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Master's degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.
Work Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) years of Healthcare administration or operations experience, preferably involving a combination of maintenance, budgeting, and general plant activities at a healthcare facility.
Management Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) years of progressively responsible managerial experience in healthcare administration or operations is required, preferably in a large, complex healthcare environment managing multiple sites/hospitals within a healthcare system.
