Job Summary
Administrative Director, Disaster Preparedness & Business Continuity
The Administrative Director, Disaster Preparedness & Business Continuity provides strategic leadership and enterprise oversight to ensure Harris Health maintains uninterrupted delivery of critical healthcare services during emergencies, disruptions, and disasters. This role directs the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Emergency Operations Plan, Business Continuity Plan, and hazard mitigation strategies to protect patients, staff, infrastructure, and mission critical operations. Serving as a key liaison to internal leaders and external partners, the director integrates preparedness and continuity efforts across the organization while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The position leads governance, training, and large-scale exercises to strengthen organizational resilience, validate readiness, and enable rapid recovery of essential clinical and business functions.

Degrees:
Bachelor's Degree
Master's Degree Preferred
Work Experience:
Ten (10) Years Work ExperienceHealthcare operations
Management Experience:
Seven (7) Years of Management ExperienceProgressive management or equivalent experience
