Job Summary
The Administrative Director of Hospital Campus is a senior executive leader within Harris Health responsible for driving operational excellence, strategic alignment, and academic integration across the organization. This role provides high-level administrative oversight of key clinical support departments and serves as the principal liaison with the affiliated medical school(s). The Administrative Director plays a critical role in advancing system-wide performance, innovation, and partnerships that support the mission of a public academic health system.

Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Leads strategic planning efforts and champions the development of innovative approaches to enhance organizational performance and service delivery.
- Establishes and executes continuous improvement initiatives that drive productivity, financial sustainability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Fosters a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence across all areas of responsibility.
- Promotes and models collaborative leadership across matrixed reporting structures and with external partners to achieve shared goals.
Executive Coordination & Leadership Support
- Serves as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO Hospital Campuses, helping prioritize initiatives and manage executive-level communications.
- Coordinate and align leadership team activities, ensuring follow-through on key decisions, initiatives, and performance goals.
- Prepare executive briefings, board materials, and strategic reports to support high-level decision-making, as needed.
- Performs other duties as needed or assigned by the CEO Hospital Campuses.
