Job Summary

The Admin Director of Managed Care is responsible for strategically managing and optimizing the health system's relationships, contracts, and financial, value-based care arrangements with third-party payers to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency. This position provides leadership in developing, negotiating, and maintaining managed care agreements that align with Harris Health's mission of delivering high-quality healthcare to the community.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees:
- Masters Preferred
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or a related field

Work Experience:
- Ten (10) Years of Experience in a hospital, payor financial institution

Management Experience:
- Seven (7) Years of Experience: Executive Management demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare organization, healthcare business office or environment.

Communication Skills:
- Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
- Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking)
