Job Summary

The Administrative Director, System Service Lines provides results-oriented leadership for multiple service lines across a public, integrated health system. This role supports the institution's mission by aligning service line strategies with clinical, educational, and research goals. The Administrative Director operates within a matrixed structure, collaborating with faculty, hospital operations, and administrative teams to drive performance, financial sustainability, and care integration. Exceptional communication and healthcare finance expertise are critical.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees:
- Masters: MHA, MPH, or MBA.

Licenses & Certification:
- FACHE (Preferred)

Work Experience:
- Ten (10) Years Work Experience in healthcare, preferably operations.

Management Experience:
- Seven (7) Year of Management Experience with progressive leadership in healthcare operations or service line management. Preferably in an academic medical center.

Communication Skills:
- Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
- Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking)
- Writing/Correspondence
- Writing/Reports

- Analytical Abilities: Ability to drive outcomes with results, and storytelling with data.
- Medical Terms: Understanding of the healthcare continuum, healthcare operations, and related nomenclature.

Work Schedule:
- Eligible for Telecommute: Hybrid schedule available.
