Advance Practice MFM Sonographer Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: The MFM Ultrasound supervisor, serving as an Advanced Practice Sonographer, leads the daily operations of a high-risk obstetric imaging unit. This role combines expert- level scanning and clinical oversight with administrative responsibilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, training, and quality assurance.
Working closely with MFM Physician, the supervisor performs advance ultrasound exams, supports complex case assessments, and helps develops imaging protocols aligned with AIUM standards. The position also contributes to research continuous improvement, and ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in a maternal-fetal medicine setting,
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
a. Associate's degree: Graduate of an accredited medical sonography program
b. RDMS registered in OB/GYN.
c. RDMS or RDCS in Fetal Echocardiography specialty
d. CLEAR Cervical length certification- preferred
e. Basic Life Support
Work Experience (Years and Area):
a. Minimum seven (7) years of MFM ultrasound scanning experience

Ultrasound scanners, PACS, RIS and related clinical equipment
