Job Summary

The Executive Administrative Fellow serves as a strategic partner to Harris Health's senior leadership, gaining exposure to system-wide operations while driving high-impact initiatives. This role combines executive engagement, rotational learning, and project leadership to advance organizational priorities in quality, efficiency, and patient experience. Fellows lead performance improvement projects, deliver data-driven insights, and contribute to strategic planning, all while developing leadership competencies through mentorship and structured learning.

Minimum Qualifications 

Degrees:
Masters degree; Intended for postgraduates who have completed their Master's degree in business administration, health care administration, health services administration or another related field completed or required as part of graduate study program. preferred

Work Experience: 
One (1) year of experience; Harris Health entry level to management experience preferred
