Job Summary
Exhibit a strong, self motivated work ethic. Possess the effectiveness to lead and supervise the daily performance of engineering staff. Perform Preventive Maintenance and urgent, corrective and routine repairs in electrical and plumbing systems. Assist Operations Manager in matters of performance reviews and discipline. Supervisor shall assist the Operations Manager in maintaining an effective organization, administering monetary controls, safety and effective management, planning, training, and personnel in their general and specific duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees: Associate's Degree In the field of engineering, business, science, or skilled trade preferred
School Education: High School or GED
Licenses & Certifications: License Journeyman License or equivalent, HBAC Journeyman preferred
certification preferred
Texas Drivers License preferred
Work Experience: Four years hospital or related work experience required. Familiar with hospital operations, experience with Regulatory Requirements such as DNV, TDSHS, and Joint Commission preferred.
Management Experience: Two years experiences of supervisory level in plant operations or maintenance. HBAC operations & maintenance preferred.
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact) Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing/Correspondence, Writing/Reports
Proficiencies: MS Excel, MS Word, P.C., Typing
