JOB SUMMARY:
The Guest Transportation Representative II ensures the safe, timely, and courteous transport of patients, specimens, and medications throughout the hospital while delivering exceptional customer service. This role upholds strict patient identification and infection control standards, responds to emergency codes, and maintains transport equipment. As a certified transporter, the representative also mentors' new hires, demonstrates leadership, and ensures accurate documentation using EPIC Transport and communication systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a certified transporter having taken and passed the Certification Training.

1.Education/Specialized Training/:High School Diploma or GED.
2. Licensure: Certified Healthcare Transporter (Preferred) & Basic Life Support: from approved American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) Program.
3.Work Experience (Years and Area):Two (2) Year Work Experience in guest transportation.
4.Management Experience (Years and Area):None
5.Equipment Operated:Stretcher, Wheelchair , Hospital Bed, Radio equipment, Oxygen Tanks and Cadaver Stretcher and electronic devices
