Job Summary - CORRECTIONAL HEALTH

Assists the Department Director and Project Manager by performing clerical and administrative duties, maintains various computer databases and coordinates project documentation activities.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma/GED

Work Experience: Two (2) years Secretarial or Office Management experience using MS Access and Excel

Management Experience (Years and Area): Two (2) years

Equipment Operated:Desktop computer, copier, fax

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Writing /Correspondence, Writing /Reports)

Other Skills:

Analytical, Statistical, Typing wpm 35-45, Word Processing, P.C.

Work Schedule: Overtime, Eligible for Telecommute
