HR Generalist

Job Summary
The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for developing consultative relationships with pavilion managers across multiple business units while performing HR responsibilities of a low to moderate complexity, providing support for assigned units for various HR functional areas including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation, talent acquisition, and general HR policies and procedures, etc.  The HR Generalist role provides education and guidance on HR related inquiries from employees and management to deliver high quality HR services. 

Minimum Qualifications 

Education / Experience:
Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in HR (Preferred) 

(OR)

HS Diploma/GED and six (6) years of experience in HR


Licenses & Certifications:  
Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP preferred

Communication Skills: Above average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/ Correspondence, Writing/ Reports

Language Skills: Bilingual Skills; Spanish preferred

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, P.C., Typing
