HRIS Analyst II

Job Summary 
The HRIS Analyst II ensures that the operational interests of all Human Resources areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the HRIS Department.  This role demonstrates and applies an understanding of project frameworks, lifecycles, and project management concepts, techniques, tools, and best practices. Supports all applications deployed within the Harris Health System.  Handles more complex administrative tasks related to the assigned projects and ensure they are completed on time, accurate, and handle more complex project queries.

Education / Work Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 3 years' experience HRIS of which 1 year in Healthcare is preferred 

OR

High School Diploma / GED and 7 years' experience HRIS of which 1 year in Healthcare is preferred


Communication Skills: Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/ Correspondence, Writing/ Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project

Work Schedule: 
a) Flexible: Flexible to meet deadlines up to 40+ hour workweek frequently. 
b) Hybrid Telecommute
c) Weekends: Weekends may be needed to meet deadlines possible up to 40+ hour workweek. 

Other Requirements: ERPS cloud solution and ServiceNow experience preferred
