HRIS Analyst III

Job Summary 

The HRIS Analyst III ensures that the operational interests of all Human Resources areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the HRIS Department.  This role demonstrates an advanced understanding and partners with IT on all project frameworks and project management concepts, reporting standards, techniques, tools, and best practices. Possesses an advanced understanding of the project lifecycle and is able to apply knowledge when leading a team through medium to large projects.

Minimum Qualifications 

Education/Degrees/Work Experience: 

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years' HRIS experience of which 3 years in Healthcare is preferred or High School 

OR

High School diploma / GED and 9 years' HRIS experience of which 3 years in Healthcare is preferred 


Communication Skills: Above average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact) , Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/ Correspondence, Writing/ Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project

Work Schedule: Flexible (Flexible to meet deadlines up to 40+ hour workweek frequently.), Hybrid Telecommute, Weekends (Weekends may be needed to meet deadlines possible up to 40+ hour workweek.)

Other Requirements: ERPS cloud solution and ServiceNow experience preferred
