Job Summary
Responsible for medical care of HCHP patients at the health centers and the supervision of physicians and Nurse Practitioners in the center.  Supports and facilitates interdisciplinary team approach to health care delivery and monitoring of quality.  Provides leadership in creating a culture of collaboration and excellence in clinical care, education, research, and evidence-based practices.  Promotes continuous performance improvements in clinical and health system practices.  Ensures organizational compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. This role requires onsite presence, and we are seeking a Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatric physician to clinically manage adult and pediatric patient populations. 

Typical duties that may be performed including but not limited to:

1. Clinical Supervision (20%)
Provides direct supervision of all physicians and mid-level providers within the health center.
Ensures clinical staff performance aligns with organizational standards and patient care goals.
2. Interdisciplinary Collaboration (10%)
Promotes a team-based, interdisciplinary approach to care delivery across the continuum.
Collaborates with internal departments and external partners to foster a culture of patient safety.
3. Documentation Oversight (10%)
Ensures accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR), including patient records and medication lists.
Reviews clinical documentation of physicians and mid-level providers and ensures appropriate specialist referrals.
4. Clinical Protocols & Strategic Oversight (10%)
Understands and applies ACS and HRSA protocols and procedures.
