Job Summary CORRECTIONAL HEALTH:
Prepare and dispense prescribed medications under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist while ensuring excellence in patient care, patient safety and patient satisfaction. Adhere to all state, federal, organizational, and departmental regulations and guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Licensure & Certification: Registered by Texas State Board of Pharmacy & in good standing. IV Certification preferred
Work Experience: Up to one (1) year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)
Proficiencies: P.C.
