Job Summary 

The Senior Project Manager of Disaster Preparedness and Business Continuity is an enterprise level project leader responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact emergency preparedness, response, and resilience initiatives across Harris Health. This role has accountability for scope, schedule, quality, budget, and stakeholder alignment for strategic emergency management projects in a highly matrixed healthcare environment.
This position requires demonstrated success leading large, cross-functional initiatives involving executive leadership, clinical operations, facilities, security, supply chain, and external response partners. The Senior Project Manager applies advanced project management methodologies to ensure organizational readiness, regulatory compliance, and continuity of operations during planned events and emergency incidents.
The role provides routine, data-driven reporting and decision support to senior and executive leadership and serves as a key partner in advancing the system's emergency management and operational resilience strategy.

Minimum Qualifications 
Degrees / Work Experience 
Master's Degree (And) Four (4) Years Work Experience in project management
(Or)
Bachelor's Degree (And) Six (6) Years Work Experience in project management
(Or)
High School Diploma Or GED (And) Ten (10) Years Work Experience in project management

Licenses & Certifications: 
Project Mgmt Professional Preferred

Work Schedule:

Strong Healthcare Industry Knowledge, Texas & Houston healthcare market knowledge preferred
