JOB SUMMARY:

Works independently as well as provides assistance to the Practice Manager in creating, maintaining and reporting for templates utilized for the purpose of appointing patients to a Patient Care Provider.  This will be accomplished by investigating healthcare resources that will provide best practices for patient throughput and maximize care provider time.  Responsible for creating reports that will be presented to Senior Management. 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
High School graduate or GED
Work Experience (Years and Area):
Four (4) years Healthcare/Clinic support experience performing database maintenance,
        data reporting and patient scheduling duties.  Academic Health care environment preferred. 
Equipment Operated:
PC literate. EPIC experience preferred.

Advance Training (Specialty):  EPIC - Preferred

Other Requirements:
EPIC and/or general templating experience.
