Job Summary

The Unified Communications (UC) Analyst II support UC solutions and coordinating applications across the enterprise or its units/departments. Evaluates existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and to ensure final solutions meet organizational needs. Reuses components when possible and assists management in buy/build decisions. Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures.  

Degree: Bachelor or Four (4) years directly related experience in lieu of degree and Diploma / GED

Work Experience: Two (2) years of work experience in IT related, network or UC experience.

Communication Skills: Above average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/ Correspondence, Writing/ Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS Excel, PC

Other Requirements: Must be willing to respond to IT related Outages on 24x7 basis.  Must have strong written and oral communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work efficiently, and good team orientation.
