Job Summary
The role leads the oncology service line with a strategic vision, driving operational excellence and financial stewardship to achieve organizational goals. This position oversees daily operations, mentors leadership teams, and fosters collaboration across departments to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. By championing innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and integrating services seamlessly, the role aims to enhance outcomes and position the organization as a leader in oncology care.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees:
- Masters: MS, MHA, MBA, MPH
Licenses & Certifications:
- FACHE (Preferred)
Work Experience:
- Fifteen (15) Years of Experience required, Healthcare experience preferred
Management Experience:
Ten (10) Years of Experience in Healthcare administration, operations or service line management.
