Skills / Requirements

JOB SUMMARY: Provides oversight of clinical operational functions for several ACS locations within the Harris County region. This position operates as the conduit between Executive Leadership, Assistant Chiefs of Staff, and the center triad to: ensure appropriate governance structure exists, promote a collaborative performance culture, ensure the center's goals are in alignment with the organization's strategic plan and achieve the goals, and ensure compliance adherence to policies, procedures, regulations and established metrics.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Masters degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or Business Administration (MBA) required.

2. Work Experience: Seven (7) years administrative experience in a large health care setting.

3. Management Experience: Five (5) or more years of practice management and supervisory experience in a physician practice and/or multidisciplinary practice of ten (10) or more providers.

Equipment Operated: Personal computer.
