Job Summary

This position provides professional and strategic leadership and statistical/administrative oversight to the Research & Sponsored Programs at Harris Health, to include the direction and coordination of the operations of the Research Office, Federally-sponsored programs, the Harris Health IRB, and at the district level.

Minimum Qualifications

Degree:
- Doctor of Philosophy: in relevant discipline (Preferred)
- Master's Degree: in relevant discipline

Licenses & Certifications:
Certified IRB Professional (IRB) (OR) Certified IRB Manager (CIM) certification: if not held upon hire, must be completed within two (2) years from the date of hire.

Work Experience: Fifteen (15) Years Work Experience in research related work.

Management Experience: Ten (10) Years of Management Experience in a progressive leadership experience in complex healthcare organizations.

Communication Skills:
Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)
Bilingual Skills Required: No
Writing / Correspondence
Writing / Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, P.C.
