Job Summary - CORRECTIONAL HEALTH
This position provides administrative and office support for departmental Director or above. Advanced and confidential secretarial and administrative duties requiring comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organization, policies and practices. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Assignments are broad in nature and require originality. Works under general supervision.
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Work Experience: Five (5) years Secretarial or Administrative Experience
Communication Skills: Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing /Composing: Correspondence, Reports
Proficiencies: Typing 30 WPM, P.C., MS Word, MS Excel
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Analytical, Transcription, Statistical
Work Schedule: Flexible, Eligible for Telecommute
Other Requirements: Advanced level PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, MS Access, and Outlook. PeopleSoft skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Equipment Operated: Customary office equipment including PC, copier, fax, telecommunications equipment, dictation equipment, etc.
