Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, Hospital Administrators and through coordination with Pavilion and System based department heads , ensures the delivery of comprehensive, high quality hospital-based medical care, meeting standards of the DNV Healthcare, Inc., Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS), The Texas Department of Health (TDH), College of American Pathologist (CAP), the American College of Surgeons (Trauma Center Accreditation), as well as all other relevant accreditation and licensure bodies. Responsible for delivering efficient services that meet patient, staff and organizational needs.


Minimum Qualifications:
1) Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare or Business Administration.
2) Work Experience (Years and Area): Five (5) years in Healthcare Operations.
3) Management Experience (Years and Area): A historyof progressively responsible managerial experience in healthcare operations is required, preferably in a large, complex health care environment. (8 Years)

3. Advanced Education:
Advance Training -- Specialty: Project Management Professional and/or Six Sigma
