Skills / Requirements

JOB SUMMARY: Analyze and report the activities of the Property Management department and operational processes. Analyze and research all problems related to capital assets and recommend plan solutions. Coordinate development to meet business/departmental needs. Run specific reports out of the Asset Management database and perform system testing when required. Must possess strong analytical, written and communication skills in addition to multi-tasking and meeting suspense deadlines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Associate's Degree in Computers, Mathematics, Accounting or Analytical related field or work experience equivalent to degree.

Work Experience (Years and Area): 5+ yrs experience in Application, Business or Systems Analyst field, PeopleSoft applications or Accounting. Proficient in excel.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Communication Skills: Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing /Composing Correspondence, Writing /Composing Report

Other Skills: Analytical, Medical Terms, Research, Statistical, P.C., MS Word, MS Excel

Work Schedule: Flexible

Other Requirements: Travel between Harris Health facilities
