Job Summary
Verifies all third party information with carriers, employers, and review agencies. Updates all benefits in Epic to ensure appropriate billing and reimbursement for services, and verifies all Third Party coverage. Obtains all authorizations, pre-certifications and referral specifics and update accounts. Customer Service and phone etiquette.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees: Associates degree or Two (2) years of college preferred.
School Education: High School Diploma, or GED;
Work Experience:
Two (2) Years Work Experience of hospital /physician office/insurance related; collector, registrar, or customer service related capacity. ICD/CPT and Epic Software a plus.
Three (3) Years Work Experience of progressive customer service
experience.
Language Skills: Spanish preferred
Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)

Proficiencies: MS Excel, MS Word, Personal Computer
