Business Process Improvement Specialist/ CHC

The Buisness Process Improvement Specialist will act as a resource to the company on developing new and maintaining the current library of Business Process Workflow documents and will be responsible for maintaining the log of current business processes and will meet with Community departments for annual reviews. This position will work cross departmentally to develop new process and maintain existing documentation and will also work on linking processes to policies and other relevant documents for a concise picture of each business process. This position will also work within a team to identify the linkage between other processes either internal to the department or cross departmental dependencies. The Business Process Improvement Coordinator will also be available upon request to provide education on newly implemented processes to Community staff.
