JOB SUMMARY: The Clinical Dietitian system support collaborates with the Executive Chef to design, support, and oversee menu planning and development. The Clinical Dietitian system support should have in-depth knowledge of menu management software (Example: CBORD). The dietitian should be able to design recipes, perform cost analysis, and implement menu changes for retail and patient services throughout the entire system. The candidate shall perform quality assurance activities for the food and nutrition services department. The candidate shall be responsible for performing training on diets, food safety, and sanitation.
