Skills / Requirements
Job Summary:
Performs all activities associated with the negotiating of hospital/pharmacy contracts as well as the credentialing of hospitals/pharmacies/providers. Acts as a liaison between Harris Health System and payors. Models upcoming State/Federal/proposed changes and provides executive level summaries. Creates Payor Report Cards and presents them to executive leaders who are charged with making decisions associated with these payors' future with Harris Health System.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees / Work Experience / School Education:
Bachelor's Degree (And) Six (6) Years Work Experience in commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, contracting, and credentialing/ enrollment
(Or)
High School Diploma or GED (And) Ten (10) Years Work Experience in commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, contracting, and credentialing/ enrollment
