Job Summary
The Contract Analyst will assist the Senior Contract Analyst in the coordination an maintenance of all Harris Health Systems contracts. Under the general supervision of department management, the Contract Analyst is responsible for assisting with the administration, coordination and maintenance of Harris Health System contracts and correlating contract monitoring activities.

The Contract Analyst is responsible for the coordination of processing, analysis and monitoring of contracts noted within the Harris Health centralized contract repository. The Contract Analyst must help to ensure a high level of integrity and accuracy of data being maintained. The Contract Analyst must demonstrate the ability to work within a timely and proficient manner in order to drive accountability and compliance with department initiatives and organizational contracting policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Management Information or related field required.

Work Experience: Three (3) years work experience working with contracts in a Health Care System

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing /Correspondence, Writing /Reports)

Proficiencies: MS Word, P. C.
