The Coordinator - Contract Administration supports various team members and programs of the Contracts Administration functionality and the Contracts Administration department, in general, while ensuring execution of the department's overall strategies to execute, monitor and operationalize timely and accurate contracts throughout the organization. Will also work in partnership as needed with other members involved with contracts and associated purchasing orders, as needed, to support successful and timely implementation of contracts. Must provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers; strongly adheres to the ServiceFIRST values: friendliness, integrity, responsibility, satisfaction and teamwork.
Education / Work Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance or other related (AND) Two (2) years commensurate professional work experience.
High School Diploma or GED (And) Six (6) Years commensurate professional work experience.
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking), Writing /Correspondence, Writing /Reports
Proficiencies: P.C., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Typing; WPM 30
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities: Analytical, Mathematics, Medical Terms
Work Experience: Flexible, Hybrid Telecommute
Other Requirements: Demonstrated understanding of departmental operating procedures, practices, and guidelines. Ability to assist with multiple program simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required.
