Skills / Requirements

JOB SUMMARY: Serves as liaison between clients and HCHD to assist clients in resolving problems. Customer Service Rep. will be knowledgeable of all HCHD processes: billing, collection, registration and eligibility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: 2 year Bus. Degree or equivalent Healthcare Business experience

Work Experience (Years and Area): 2 to 3 years previous healthcare business office experience

Equipment Operated: CRT - Personal Computer - Calculator - Automatic Call Dist. System

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract), Writing /Composing Correspondence

Bilingual Skills Required

Other Skills: P.C.
