Job Summary
Serves as liaison between clients and HCHD to assist clients in resolving problems. Customer Service Rep. will be knowledgeable of all HCHD processes: billing, collection, registration and eligibility.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees / Work Experience / School Education:
Associate of Business Admin (And) Two (2) Years Work Experience healthcare business office experience
(Or)
High School Diploma or GED (And) Four (4) Years Work Experience healthcare business office experience
Language Skills: Bilingual Skills Required
Communication Skills:
Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract)
