Skills / Requirements


Maintain integrity of the Master Patient Index. Analyze the daily potential duplicate patient report by reviewing for potential merge completions. Utilizing all applicable computer systems investigates potential duplicate medical records numbers and ensures other data discrepancies are resolved. Assist all departments with answering incoming call/ emails related to potential duplicate numbers. Performs a variety of duties as assigned.


1. Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent experience in a related field; RHIT or RHIA preferred
2. Work Experience (Years and Area): Two (2) years experience in a related field
