Harris Health is a looking for a Security Equipment Technician to perform servicing and troubleshooting of access control and IP video systems at our Hospital and Clinic locations.   This position will also assist with startup/ commissioning/ programming of new installations and occasional work on integration conversions and upgrades to new systems.   The position also assists with job walks and equipment selection.

We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of commercial security (Access Control & IP Video) installation and programming experience. Must have extensive commercial electronic security experience and preferably be certified with SW House CCure and AD Victor/Videoedge.

The position will also mentor and assist with the development of Access Control Technician/Locksmith employees

Skills / Requirements

JOB SUMMARY: Participates and direct under supervision, preventive maintenance, equipment repair and vendor interface for all DPS Security equipment including CCTV, alarms and card access

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Associate's Degree(AA) or equivalent of AA from technical school/ military/ industrial.

Work Experience: 1 years experience with AA or 3 years experience in Security Technology related/military/industrial
