Skills / Requirements

JOB SUMMARY:

Supervision of the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex healthcare projects and apply professional project cost, schedule and process controls.  This position works in close partnership with the Construction Project Management team to ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget. Areas of responsibility include cost control, cost reporting, forecasting, financial reporting, performance measurement, earned value analysis, contract management and change order control, subcontracts compliance, invoice management, change management, and risk analysis.  This includes data gathering, data management and analytical processes used to predict, understand and influence the time and cost outcomes of a project portfolio.  This position will also assist project leadership with client relationship management, as well as coaches and mentors project controls alignment with project managers.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:  Masters Preferred- MBA, MS in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance/Accounting, Business/Administration, Project Management or a related field preferred. Bachelors Reqiuired- Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Finance/Accounting, Business/Administration, Project Management or a related field preferred.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS:  N/A

WORK EXPERIENCE (Minimum of twelve (12) years related experience required in Healthcare-Design/Construction & Construction Administration.  Knowledge of internet-based project management software application and database system and capital project delivery.

MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE  Minimum of ten (10) years related experience required in Healthcare-Design/Construction & Construction Administration

COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contract),  Writing/Composing, Writing/Reports- (eg.Financial analysis, cost and schedule forecast reports.)

PROFICIENCIES:  MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS. Project P.C.
