Job Profile

The Enrollment Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for end-to-end quality assurance activities within the Operations Strategy Department. The Enrollment Quality Assurance Analyst will be engaged in working on risk identification, diagnose process issues, identify process improvement, and implementing solutions. This position will also support quality audits, analysis, reporting, and plans development. Responsible for monitoring all lines of business and reviewing and complying with departmental policies and procedures. The Enrollment Quality Assurance Analyst will monitor new and tenured employees with a focus on quality of documentation, timeliness, accuracy, and meeting compliance requirements


  • High School Degree
  • Five years related experience in eligibility or enrollment, quality monitoring, customer service, healthcare, managed care or insurance field. Bachelor's Degree may substitute four years of experience.


  • Above average verbal communucation skills.
  • Writing /Composing (Correspondence/Reports)
