Job Summary 
The Executive Assistant provides support and assistance to Senior Vice President or above that ensure effective use of time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks involving the clerical, administrative function, research, and management roles. Responsible for schedule management, office management, communication liaison, information preparation, company records management, data analysis, and representing the executive to others. Handles confidential information and communications. Full comprehension of company's operation and procedures. May also be responsible for training and supervising lower level clerical staff. Uses discretion and judgement and knowledge of organization to facilitate the executive's activities.

Minimum Qualifications   

School Education: High School Diploma or GED.  Some college or formal business school preferred.

Work Experience: Seven (7) years secretarial or administrative experience, with 5 years of senior management or executive level experience.
   
Communication Skills: Writing /Correspondence, Writing /Reports 

Proficiencies: Typing 30 WPM, MS Word, P.C.

Other Requirements: 
- Advanced level PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite, MS Access, and Outlook. PeopleSoft skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.  
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with physicians, administrators, and department heads on behalf of the EVP
