Skills / Requirements
JOB SUMMARY: Exhibit a strong, self motivated work ethic. Possess the effectiveness to lead and supervise the daily performance of engineering staff. Perform Preventive Maintenance and urgent, corrective and routine repairs in electrical and plumbing systems. Assist Operations Manager in matters of performance reviews and discipline. Supervisor shall assist the Operations Manager in maintaining an effective organization, administering monetary controls, safety and effective management, planning, training, and personnel in their general and specific duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: High School, GED, Journeyman License or equivalent certification required; Associates Degree or above preferred in the field of engineering, business, science, or skilled trade.
Work Experience (Years and Area): Four years hospital or related work experience required. Familiar with hospital operations, experience with Regulatory Requirements such as DNV, TDSHS, and Joint Commission preferred.
Management Experience (Years and Area): Two years experiences of supervisory level in plant operations or maintenance.
Equipment Operated: Valid Texas Drivers License preferred.
