Job Summary
Hospital Operations Supervisor reporting directly to the Vice President of Operations is responsible for supporting clinical and non-clinical personnel in the implementation of process evaluations, patient experience, quality audits, changes and supports in identifying the best means by which we achieve performance efficiency. Works directly with identified services to identify performance improvement opportunities and lead initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees:
Bachelors Degree required
Masters Degrees preferred

Licenses & Certification: Six Sigma Green Belt preferred

Work Experience:
Five (5) years of experience in Hospital Services, Operations, Clinical and Non Clinical Support, Two (2) years must be maintaining data records, working with Microsoft EMRs, EPIC
Two (2) years of experience in performance Improvement experiences preferred

Communication Skills: Above average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking), Writing/ Correspondence, Writing/ Reports

Language Skills: Spanish, Vietnamese preferred

Proficiencies: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, P.C., Typing
