Job Profile

The Sr. HR Shared Sevices Specialist - Leave functions as HR Coordinator for FMLA, ADA, STD, LTD and return-to work program administration.


Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of commensurate professional work experience in lieu of a degree
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Certification Preferred

Work Experience: Five (5) years of related experience working with leave and disability plans;
Equipment Operated: PC, MS Office, PeopleSoft

Communication Skills:

  • Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact);
  • Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking);
  • Bilingual Skills Not Required but bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Writing /Composing: Correspondence & Reports

Other Skills: Analytical; P.C.; MS Word; MS Excel

Work Schedule: Flexible

Other Requirements: Knowledge of FMLA
