Job Summary
The Lead Compliance & Data Analyst is responsible for recording Issues including analyses, leading, overseeing and preparing monthly reports and analyses of the status of investigations and remediation of issues logged, and preparing results and status of investigations for to Corporate Compliance Leadership for dissemination the Executive Corporate Compliance Committee, and Executive management. In addition, the Lead Compliance & Data Analyst develops and maintains databases, prepares reports and supports audits and data analytics projects within Harris Health Corporate Compliance & Audit program. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. The Lead Compliance & Data Analyst should exercise judgment within generally defined practice and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and must be proficient with in utilizing data analytic tools.
Minimum Qualifications
Degree:
a) Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Informatics or other business related field.
b) Master of Business Admin (Preferred)
Licenses & Certifications:
a) Certified Public Accountant (Preferred)
Work Experience:
a) Five years of training experience with databases, reporting and conducting investigations and audit required. Healthcare experience preferred.

Knowledgeable in Medicare/Medicaid Rules and Regulations. Ability to maintain an attitude of independent toward Harris Health's business. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must have a high degree of people skills and a very high degree of the ability to influence without authority.
Equipment Operated: PC/Fax Machine/Copier/Phone with high degree proficiency in Excel, Word, and Access or data
analytics tool.
