* Medicaid State of Texas Access Reform (STAR) program for low-income children and pregnant women

JOB SUMMARY
Provide strategic and consultative guidance to drive effective human capital solutions aligned with business goals and objectives at Community Health Choice. Provide leadership, development, and guidance to direct reports. Create and promote a positive workplace culture through the development of an effective and efficient human resources strategy throughout the organization. Provide timely and appropriate coaching and feedback and serve as a role model to team members. Create a work environment that fosters respect, positive morale, and high employee engagement. Consistently maintain a level of communication and execution aligned with the core values and mission of the market.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND CORE COMPETENCIES
- Use analytics, data, and insights to inform people-related problem solving and decision making. Understands key talent levers, digital strategies, HR regulations, and best practices that can impact short and long-term talent strategies. Synthesize metrics and data to deliver clear narratives around where talent strategies are successful or at risk.
- Manage the organizations workforce planning program.
- Collaborate on various HR initiatives, provides strategic HR leadership and guidance on facility specific challenges. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, empowerment, and inclusion. Partner closely with HR COE leadership to implement and sustain the organizations overall engagement and retention strategy.
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners to implement and support strategic HR initiatives and programs.
- Actively contribute to achievement of departmental goals including specific departmental process improvement plans.
Reports to Position Title: Vice President, Human Resources
Employees Supervised Titles: HR Business Partner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or Behavioral Science or related field required
- Work Experience (Years and Area): 5 years human resources experience and in-depth working knowledge and experience as a HR Business Partner or Senior Generalist. Proven ability to provide strategic direction and input to business leaders regarding overall people strategies that support the culture, company direction, and the growth needs of the business and its employees. Ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using sound judgment that is consistent with Community's culture, standards, practices.
- Management Experience (Years and Area): Two (2) years management experience
Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
