Job Summary
Harris Health (HH) Strategic Capital Program (SCP) is looking for a Business Technology Integration Manager. In this role, you will identify and ensure operational integration expectations for a new hospital. You will bridge the gap between technology and hospital operation's needs, ensuring seamless communication, collaboration, and alignment of IT initiatives with organizational goals.
Position Description
The Manager, Technology Integration serves as the primary point of focus between the SCP Project Director, IT Integration and the Hospital Operations stakeholders (e.g., security, pharmacy, biomed, rehab, supply chain, facilities, etc.). You will be part of the project team as a technical professional for the hospital's major applications, security, privacy, vendor management, network, and operations sections. Coordinates information services and projects that add business value and minimize business disruption. Reports to the Director of Technology Integration. Work involves assisting with the development of technical strategies and coordination of information technology activities while coordinating the planning, budgeting, initiation, and oversight of operations integration. Work requires contact with all levels of hospital management, general contractors, and vendors. Employees at this level may establish their own work plan and priorities to meet set objectives as director from the SCP Director, IT Integration.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
Bachelors in IT or Management - Preferred
Work Experience
10 years information technology / business analysis
