Skills / Requirements

The Marketing Consumer Insights Strategist (MCIS) helps identify, understand, and translate the voice of Community's multi-faceted consumer populations into credible and actionable insight. This role has a primary focus on informing smart decision-making through deep consumer and market understanding, which provides clear, objective, strategic, holistic, and relevant data to drive marketing and growth efforts. The MCIS focuses on identifying ideal research and reporting methodology and provides oversight of the analysis of all data process and analytic work plans to ensure all available information is generated to support business needs. This role is responsible for developing the research strategy and driving the yearly strategic planning efforts, leading complex research projects, developing and overseeing all tactical plans and devising actionable strategies from consumer insights.  The MCIS also develops the reporting strategy, and using advanced analytics, provides in-depth reporting and analysis. In addition, this role is responsible for developing complex and in-depth data validation plans to ensure sound finding through a strong quality review process. This role is responsible for leading enterprise-wide research projects and reporting in-depth insights across the organization that support the organization's strategic objectives. The MCIS provides the Chief Growth Officer direct research and analytics support by identifying growth KPIs, developing growth reporting frameworks, and conducting in-depth analysis to provide top-line growth department metric reports.  


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Consumer Science, or related field
Work Experience (Years and Area): Requires 8+ years of directly related experience 
Software Operated: Must be computer literate with strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook acumen, Survey Monkey or similar surveying program
